FC Accounting is a modular bookkeeping SaaS for small and medium businesses. It combines invoicing, expense tracking, a double-entry general ledger, and financial reporting in a single, clean workspace.
Yes. The Starter plan is permanently free — no credit card required. It includes 1 user seat, up to 5 active clients, up to 10 quotations and 10 invoices per month, and up to 5 vendors with 10 bills per month on the expenses module.
FC Accounting uses secure, passwordless email login for staff users. When you log in or register, we send a one-time 8-digit verification code (OTP) to your email. Enter the code to access your workspace. This removes the risk of weak passwords and means you never have to remember a password.
Yes. FC Accounting has built-in GST and VAT support (defaults to 8% GST for Maldivian businesses, fully configurable per business). You can print TINs and GST totals on invoices and bills. A dedicated GST module for MIRA return preparation is coming soon on paid plans.
The Starter plan includes 1 user seat. The Professional plan supports up to 20 user seats. Each user is assigned a role: Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer — with access controlled accordingly.
Yes. Every invoice and quotation in FC Accounting has a unique, secure shareable link with an opaque token. Clients can view and download their documents as PDFs without needing to create an account.
FC Accounting supports Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR), US Dollar (USD), and other major currencies. You can set a default currency per document, and choose a separate base (reporting) currency for your business reports.
